Credit Recovery Specialist
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Credit Recovery Specialist to handle the recovery of high-risk loans and the negotiation of restructuring or exit scenarios. The position requires in-depth knowledge of credit and risk management, as well as excellent German and French language skills.
Tasks
- Recovery of High-Risk Loans
- Safeguarding the Bank's Financial and Economic Interests
- Negotiating restructuring or exit scenarios with all parties involved
- Preparation of an appropriate report
- Risk Management and Credit Management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring and risk management processes in the credit division
Requirements
- Basic training in banking, supplemented by advanced training in banking or finance, with several years of professional experience in credit recovery
- Extensive knowledge of credit analysis, financial analysis, and debt collection
- A structured and cross-functional mindset, as well as a high degree of intellectual precision
- An independent and precise approach to work
- Solution- and results-oriented personality
- Fluency in German and a good command of French (or vice versa)
