Specialist in Inbound Corporate Clients
Migros Bank is looking for a specialist in inbound corporate client services who will take charge of sales activities for key accounts and independently handle tasks for corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in telephone customer service, have completed a vocational apprenticeship (EFZ), and be fluent in German.
Tasks
- Handling administrative tasks related to corporate clients and corporate consulting, i.e., creating and managing accounts for legal entities, self-employed individuals, and representatives of corporate clients
- Identifying customer potential and scheduling consulting appointments
- Receiving and forwarding complex inquiries to the appropriate departments
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service via telephone and/or handling customer inquiries in writing
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Bank Customer or EFZ
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage)
- Italian (an advantage)
- Experience with and enjoyment of customer contact by phone and in writing (Customer Center / Service Line)
- A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, combined with a willingness to take responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion
