Job description

Tasks

  • Handling administration in the corporate client area: processing, recording, and managing client concerns for legal entities, self-employed individuals, and representatives of corporate clients
  • Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
  • Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
  • Supporting employees with technical questions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years (specialist) / at least 5 years (senior specialist) in telephone customer contact and/or written handling of customer concerns
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a bank clerk, Ms. EFZ
