Tasks

• Handling administration in the corporate client area: processing, recording, and managing documents for legal entities, self-employed persons, and representatives of corporate clients
• Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
• Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
• Supporting employees with technical questions

Profile

• At least 3 years (specialist) / at least 5 years (senior specialist) in telephone customer contact and/or written handling of customer concerns
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a bank clerk or EHZ
• German (business fluent)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (an advantage)
• Fluent in a second national language is essential
• Freelance (managing director) desired at specialist, branch office at senior specialist
• Enjoyment of customer contact by phone and in writing (customer center/service line)
• High level of service and customer focus, coupled with the binding processing of applications
• Precise, specific working methods and proactive, thoughtful actions
