Specialist in Inbound Corporate Clients

Tasks:

• Handling administrative tasks for corporate clients, including the creation and management of accounts for legal entities, self-employed individuals, and representatives of corporate clients
• Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
• Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
• Supporting employees with technical questions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years (Specialist) / at least 5 years (Senior Specialist) of experience in handling customer inquiries over the phone and/or in writing
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a bank clerk (EFZ)
• German (fluent), French (fluent), Italian (preferred), second national language (fluent)
