Specialist in Inbound Corporate Clients

Tasks

• Handling administrative tasks related to core corporate banking products, including the opening and management of accounts for legal entities, self-employed individuals, and corporate clients
• Identification of customer potential and arrangement of consultation appointments
• Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the appropriate specialist departments
• Supporting employees with technical questions

Requirements

• At least 3 years (Specialist) / at least 5 years (Senior Specialist) of experience in handling customer inquiries via phone and/or in writing
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a bank clerk (EFZ)
• German (fluent), French (fluent), Italian (preferred), A second national language at a fluent level is required
• Enjoyment and ease in communicating with customers by phone and in writing (Customer Center / Service Line)
• A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, combined with a willingness to take responsibility for ensuring that applications are processed in full
• Precise, specific working methods and proactive, thoughtful actions
• Sales Customer Consulting (preferred for Specialist, required for Senior Specialist)
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools
