Processing accounts receivable management and personal loans, including dunning procedures
Contact person for customer service representatives from various branches

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in debt collection (desirable)
Completed vocational training (EFZ) or basic commercial training
Language skills:
- German (business fluent)
- French (very good knowledge)
- Italian (an advantage)
- English (an advantage)
