Digital Banking Specialist (m/f) 100%Your tasks
- Business-side, technical support for digital banking services (e-banking, mobile banking, etc.)
- Technical support for digitization projects and interface between business and IT
- Monitoring the market with regard to digitalization and identifying associated opportunities for the bank
Your profile
- Higher professional education (e.g., bank clerk, HF or university degree with a focus on banking & finance, economics, or business informatics) or many years of experience in a similar role
- Several years of experience in digital banking and in digitization and transformation projects
- Very good knowledge of AI tools and experience with project management tools
- Pragmatic can-do attitude and team spirit
- Experience in communicating with various stakeholders and ability to explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Interested in a wide range of topics with a strong willingness to change and a great ability to learn
