**Operational risk and ICS specialist**
Migros Bank is looking for a specialist for operational risks and ICS, who will prepare the basis for decisions, carry out risk analyses and deal with regulatory developments. The position offers a permanent position with the possibility of working from home and attractive benefits.
Overview
Operational Risk and ICS Specialist (all) 80 - 100%
Permanent position (open-ended) - immediately or by arrangement - Home office option - Location-independent work
Tasks
- You prepare presentations and decision-making documents for the CRO, the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
- You support the first line in reviewing risk analyses and defining control measures as well as in regular risk assessments
- You process, assess and analyze regulatory developments and initiate and, if necessary, carry out change projects
Profile
- German (business fluent) English (good knowledge)
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in banking & finance, risk management or comparable training
- At least 5 years of risk assessments, operational risk, ICS, monitoring and reporting
- In-depth understanding of risk management and control frameworks
- Confident communication activities at all levels
- Proactive and resilient personality with high assertiveness
- Strong analytical skills
