Job description

Tasks

• You create placements and decision-making bases for the CRO, senior management, and the board of directors.
• You will support the front line in conducting risk analyses and determining control measures, as well as in regular risk assessments.
• You observe, assess, and analyze regulatory developments and initiate and manage process-oriented change projects.
• You contribute your own ideas and promote the further development of risk management.

Requirements

Training and experience

• At least 5 years of experience in risk assessments, operational risk, ICS, monitoring, and reporting
• Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HF) in banking & finance, risk management, or comparable education

Language skills

• German (business fluent)
• English (good knowledge)

• Strong analytical skills
• The ability to independently analyze complex problems and develop solutions
