Migros Bank is looking for a recovery specialist who will focus on the restructuring and reorganization of loan receivables. The candidate should have experience in banking, analytical and negotiation skills.

Overview

  • Specialist Recovery (all) 80 - 100%
  • Permanent position (open-ended) - immediately or by arrangement
  • Home office option - location-independent working

Tasks

  • Assessing opportunities and risks and defining strategies to maximize commercial loan receivables in need of recovery/restructuring
  • Determination of the value adjustment potential per credit position
  • Support for recovery-specific questions from sales
  • Support with complex/regulatory issues and reporting tasks

Profile

  • Languages:
    • German (business fluent)
    • French (an advantage)
    • English (good knowledge)
  • Completed studies (e.g. ETH, FH, HFP) in Banking & Finance
  • At least 6 years of professional and industry-specific work experience in the CMM business at a bank in Switzerland
  • Commercial credit recovery
  • A flair for negotiating with commercial loan customers in difficult situations
  • Analytical thinking to quickly recognize the challenges of a recovery customer
  • Consistency in the implementation of measures on credit positions
  • Familiarity with internal banking processes, all common bank credit transactions and already has knowledge of commercial credit exposure and the practical application of SchKG/ OR
