The tasks include:

• Processes focused on B2C
• Further development and professionalization of processes
• Implementation of Sales Strategy B2
• Implementation of operational sales controlling
• Serves as an interface to market-related requirements
• Taking on/Managing Projects
• Collaboration on cross-functional issues

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• Economics Degree
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Knowledge of wealth management and advisory products
• Creativity and enjoyment in developing solutions, conducting analyses, and putting them into practice
• Several years of experience in sales management or a comparable position at a bank or financial services provider
• The ability to work in a structured and independent manner while maintaining a coordinated approach
• Proficiency in common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
