Specialist in Banking Operations Financing
Migros Bank is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented individual to serve as a Banking Operations Financing Specialist in Bern. This is a permanent position with a 60–100% workload, offering the opportunity to assist customers with their financing needs.
Tasks
- Handling of transactions secured by real estate mortgages and building rights pledges, as well as the creation of building rights for our bank clients and investors/financial clients
- Independent entry and processing of administrative loan agreements, as well as handling of all credit limits and ceiling controls
- Processing of construction financing funds and management of construction loan monitoring
Requirements
- 1–3 years of prior experience in the credit financing process
- Strong understanding of processes and procedures, primarily within the financing credit process
- German (fluent) and French (basic)
- Proficiency in using computer programs and an interest in staying up to date with the latest developments in the banking sector
- A well-rounded, solution-oriented, and team-oriented individual
- Completed banking training or basic commercial training in the field of notary services/land registry
