Mortgage Specialist (Full-Time)

The role

Do you have experience in mortgage processing and the Swiss land registry system? Are efficiency, precision, and a sense of responsibility your strengths? Do you enjoy administrative work with flexible hours?

Your tasks

• Independent processing of approved loan applications
• Preparation of all necessary credit and security documents
• Mapping and managing mortgages and collateral (e.g. mortgages, policies, guarantees)
• Creation of payment promises and timely execution of payments
• Ensuring that all conditions for the release of the mortgages and payments are met
