Mortgage specialist
UBS is looking for a mortgage specialist in Zurich who has experience in mortgage processing and the Swiss land registry system and can work independently, accurately, and efficiently. The position is full-time with flexible working hours and offers the opportunity to work from home.
The role
Do you have experience in mortgage processing and the Swiss land registry system? Are you efficient, accurate, and responsible in your work? Do you enjoy administrative tasks with flexible working hours?Your tasks
- Independent processing of approved loan applications
- Preparation of all necessary credit and security documents
- Mapping and managing mortgages and collateral (e.g. mortgages, policies, guarantees)
- Preparation of payment settlements and timely execution of payments
