Mortgage specialist

The role

Do you have experience in mortgage processing and the Swiss land registry system? Are efficiency, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility your strengths? Do you enjoy administrative work with flexible hours? Then apply—we’re looking to grow and need to expand our team!

Your tasks

• Independent processing of approved loan applications
• Preparation of all necessary credit and security documents
• Recording and Management of Mortgages and Collateral (e.g., real estate liens, insurance policies, guarantees)
• Creation of payment promises and timely execution of payments
• Ensuring that all conditions for the release of the mortgages and payments are met
