Mortgage Specialist (full-time, Zurich)

The role

Do you have experience in mortgage processing and the Swiss land register system? Is efficient, precise and responsible work exactly your strength? Do you enjoy administrative tasks with flexible working hours? Then apply, because we want to grow and are looking for reinforcements!

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of approved loan applications
• Preparation of all necessary credit and security documents
• Mapping and managing mortgages and collateral (e.g. mortgage bonds, policies, guarantees)
• Creation of payment promises and timely execution of payments
