Mortgage and Land Registry Specialist (Full-Time)

The role

Your tasks

• Independent processing of approved loan applications
• Preparing all necessary loan and collateral documents
• Mapping and managing mortgages and collateral (e.g. mortgages, policies, guarantees)
• Issuing payment commitments and processing payments on time
• Ensuring that all conditions for the release of the mortgages and payments are met
