Mortgage Specialist (f/m/d)

The role

Do you have experience in mortgage processing and the Swiss land register system? Is efficient, precise and responsible work exactly your strength? Do you enjoy administrative tasks with flexible working hours? Then apply, because we want to grow and are looking for reinforcements!

Your tasks

• Independent processing of approved loan applications
• Preparation of all necessary credit and security documents
• Mapping and managing mortgages and collateral (e.g. mortgages, policies, guarantees)
• Creation of payment promises and timely execution of payments

Our team

Your new team consists of an open group of around 25 people. You can expect an exciting workload working from home. Our office with 9 teams is located in Zurich, German-speaking Switzerland. Diversity helps us to grow together and brings added value to our business and our clients.
