Specialist in Debt Collection Support
Migros Bank is looking for a debt collection support specialist who can communicate with customers independently and professionally by phone and in writing and who has experience in the field of debt collection. The position is a permanent position with the option of working from home and offers attractive benefits such as childcare subsidies and occupational pension plans.
Tasks
- Independent and professional telephone and written communication, managing personal loan debt
- Processing accounts receivable management and personal loans, including dunning procedures
- Processing of legal debt collection in accordance with the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Contact person for customer service representatives from various branches
Profile
- 2-5 years of debt collection experience desirable
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) Basic commercial training
- German (business fluent), French (very good knowledge), Italian (an advantage)
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (e.g., debt collection process)
- Business fluent in dealing with customers
- Natural assertiveness and confident demeanor
- Enjoyment of intensive teamwork
