Specialist in Debt Collection Support
Migros Bank is looking for a debt collection support specialist (50-70% position) with experience in debt collection and good language skills in German, French, and Italian. The position offers a permanent contract with the option of working from home and attractive social benefits.
Tasks
- Independent and professional telephone and written support for customers and external partners in order to personalize outstanding claims, support for private loan customers
- Processing accounts receivable management and personal loan files
- Processing of legal debt collection in accordance with the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Contact person for customer advisors from various branches
Requirements
- 2-5 years of debt collection experience desirable
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) Basic commercial training
- German (business fluent)
- French (very good knowledge)
- Italian (an advantage)
