Specialist in Debt Collection Support
Migros Bank is seeking a Debt Collection Support Specialist who can independently and professionally manage our personal loan customers. This is a permanent position with a 50–70% work schedule and offers flexible work locations, including the option to work from home.
Tasks
- Independent and professional communication by phone and in writing, and providing support to personal loan customers
- Processing accounts receivable management and personal loans, including dunning procedures
- Processing of legal debt collection in accordance with the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
- Contact person for customer service representatives from various branches
Requirements
- 2-5 years of debt collection experience desirable
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) Basic commercial training
- German (business fluent) French (very good knowledge) Italian (an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (e.g., debt collection process)
- Business fluent in dealing with customers
- Natural assertiveness and confident demeanor
- Enjoyment of intensive teamwork
