Credit Processing Specialist

Tasks

• Support in assigning loan applications so that we can guide clients through personal interactions and help them find a positive solution to their financial situation.
• To assist customers in the event of credit denial, e.g., in the event of late payments or to avoid liquidity shortages.
• Responsibility for rejecting new connections.
• Data verification and maintenance of terms and dates in Genion, CRM, and WIRnet.
• Assistance, as needed, with the necessary documentation for debt repayment.
• Communication with internal and external parties.
• Verbal and telephone communication in the workplace, regarding systems, billing details, process settings, third parties, and internal customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Completed banking training or equivalent.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and is able to maintain a clear overview even in hectic situations.
• A passion for efficient credit processes and excellent customer service.
