Tasks
- Balance sheet management: recording and controlling of annual financial statements, preparation of rating and debt capacity
- Telephone and written communication with customers and authorities, obtaining information of all kinds (e.g. ZEK, debt collection information, Teledata)
- Supporting the customer advisors with technical questions
Requirements
Professional experience and training
- 2 years of professional experience after completion of apprenticeship
- Ideally initial experience in the credit sector
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) Bank
Language skills and personality
- German (business fluent)
- An upbeat, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
- High service and customer orientation
- Accurate and efficient way of working and enjoy administrative tasks
- Experienced with PC programs and a flair for numbers
