The position requires 2 years of professional experience in the credit sector, a completed vocational training in the banking sector and strong skills in dealing with numbers and administrative work.

Tasks

Balance sheet management: recording and controlling of annual financial statements, preparation of rating and debt capacity
Telephone and written communication with customers and authorities, obtaining information of all kinds (e.g. ZEK, debt collection information, Teledata)
Supporting the customer advisors with technical questions

Requirements

2 years of professional experience after completing an apprenticeship, ideally in banking
Completed vocational training (EFZ) Bank
German (business fluent)
An upbeat, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
High service and customer orientation
Accurate and efficient way of working and enjoy administrative tasks
Experienced with PC programs and a flair for numbers
