Job description

Credit Center Specialist (all) - 80 - 100% permanent position (open-ended) - by arrangement - home office option

Tasks

Balance sheet management: recording and controlling of annual financial statements, preparation of rating and debt capacity
Telephone and written communication with customers and authorities, obtaining information of all kinds (e.g. ZEK, debt collection information, Teledata)
Supporting the customer advisors with technical questions
Review of contract contents for the loan agreements up to contract execution/enforcement

Requirements

2 years of professional experience after completing an apprenticeship in banking
Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) in the banking sector
German (available/associated)
An upbeat, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
High service and customer orientation
Accurate and efficient way of working and enjoy administrative tasks
Experienced with PC programs and a flair for numbers
