Credit Processing Specialist (all)
Migros Bank is looking for a Credit Processing Specialist (all) in St. Gallen, who will be responsible for processing construction loans, credit processing in the private customer segment, and managing construction loan controls. The position requires a completed vocational apprenticeship and at least 5 years of experience in Swiss credit and mortgage banking or notary and land registry services.

Tasks
- Processing of construction loans with management of construction loan control
- Regular contact with land registries, insurance companies, pension funds, and other financial institutions
- Credit processing in the private customer segment: credit and mortgage lending or notary and land registry services
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Swiss credit and mortgage lending or notary and land registry services
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in banking, land registry, or notary's office
- German (business fluent)
- Experience in processing mortgage-backed loans in the private and corporate customer segment
- Experienced handling of PC programs and interest in the digital development of the bank
- Precise and efficient working style and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Experience with Finnova and/or Terravis
