Credit processing specialist
Migros Bank is looking for a Credit Processing Specialist who will be responsible for processing construction loans, managing construction loan controls and communicating with external partners. The position offers flexible working hours, home office opportunities and a permanent position.

Tasks
- Exhibition through to final inspection for our corporate clients
- Processing of construction loans with management of construction loan control
- Regelmässige Kontakte mit Grundbuchämtern, Versicherungs-gesellschaften, Vorsorgeeinrichtungen und anderen Finanzinstituten
Requirements
- German (business fluent)
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (EFZ) Bank, Grundbuchamt oder Notariat
- At least 2 years of Swiss credit and mortgage business or notary and land registry business
- An upbeat, solution-oriented and team-oriented personality
- High service and customer orientation
- Accurate and efficient way of working and enjoy administrative tasks
- Experienced handling of PC programs and interest in the digital development of the bank
- Experience with Finnova and/or Terravis
