Specialist:in Operational Risk / ICS

Your role

• Proactive support in the implementation and realization of regulatory and technical specific requirements in the management of operational and other risks
• Independent collaboration in the bank's internal audit department and in dealing with regulatory projects, risk and control assessments as well as in providing technical support and training to LLB Switzerland employees to deepen risk awareness
• Operation and further development of the operational risk management framework, the ICS model and the existing operational risk regulations
• Participation in the creation of comprehensive, target group-oriented reporting and information products
• Intensive cooperation with the relevant functions in the LLB Group

Your training and experience

• Several years of professional experience in a bank or in the financial services industry with appropriate further training, ideally in the area of operational risk management
• Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a flair for process optimization
• Positive, winning and integrative personality with motivation and assertiveness in cross-organizational cooperation
• Confident written and spoken German, good knowledge of English an advantage

• Very good analytical and communication skills in order to act in a target group-oriented manner in a complex risk-relevant specialist team
• Interest in the new topics from the self-banking area and also the bank's internal regulations
• Interest in the continuous development of risk tools within the LLB Group
• You are able to work both independently and as part of a team in a matrix organization and are able to take a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
