- Leading projects and sub-projects for sales projects, coordinating measures with the sales units and ensuring commitment and measurable results
- Driving sales transformation, developing compelling sales stories and ensuring excellent project management
- Identifying growth potential, promoting data-supported and automated customer and market evaluation, generating high-quality leads and striving for self-service deals
Your profile
- Degree at university, FH or HF level in business administration, banking & finance or similar
- Several years of experience in sales management or sales and at least four years of experience in project management in the financial sector
- Very good analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of digital and traditional customer communication and sales channels
- Strong creative drive, assertiveness and passion for cross-functional collaboration as well as strong stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, a structured, solution-oriented way of working and presentation skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
