Compensation Specialist

Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a compensation specialist to assist in developing compensation policies and managing social insurance and payroll. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system and IT skills, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors.

Tasks

* Assisting in the development of compensation policy in collaboration with the HR manager * Developing and reviewing salary ranges in collaboration with department heads * Conducting the annual salary review * Participating in salary surveys * Providing HR data for pay equity analysis * Processing payroll * Managing AHV (payments, year-end closing, audits) * Managing employee benefits (annual statements, daily allowances, EO claims) * Managing accident and health insurance * Processing various surveys * Maintaining the payroll system (updates, patching) * Participating in the preparation of the budget for personnel expenses * Updating job descriptions

Requirements

* In-depth knowledge of the Swiss social security system * Very good knowledge of IT tools and payroll systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors * Strong analytical skills * IT skills * A trustworthy, conscientious, and reliable person with good interpersonal skills * Native speaker of German or French with a good command of the other language
