Compensation Specialist

Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a compensation specialist to assist in developing compensation policies, establishing salary ranges, and managing the payroll process. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Swiss social security systems, HR tools, and payroll systems, as well as strong analytical skills.

Tasks

- Assisting in the development of compensation policies in collaboration with the HR manager - Developing and reviewing salary ranges in collaboration with department heads - Conducting annual salary reviews - Participating in salary surveys - Processing HR data for pay equity analysis - Processing payroll (Payroll) - Managing AHV (payments, year-end closing, audits) - Managing employee benefits (annual statements, daily allowances, EO claims) - Management of accident and health insurance - Processing of various surveys - Maintenance of the payroll system (updates, patching) - Participation in the preparation of the budget for personnel expenses - Updating of job descriptions

Requirements

- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss social security system - Strong proficiency with HR tools and payroll systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors - Strong analytical skills - IT skills - A trustworthy, conscientious, and reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills - Native speaker of German or French with a good command of the other language
