Tasks
- Completing all administrative tasks in connection with the insurance portfolio
- Creating and sending reports/evaluations
- Conducting customer meetings up to the conclusion of the insurance policy
- Preparing and comparing insurance quotes, including sending them to and following up with customers
- Working in product accounting
- Collaboration in projects, support in creating test cases and testing our insurance system
- Identifying and implementing process optimizations
Requirements
- Insurance intermediary, insurance specialist with a federal certificate or financial planner with a federal certificate (a graduation requirement)
- Completed commercial apprenticeship at a financial institution desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in customer contact, in the life insurance sector an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and preferably good knowledge of French
- Fair for data and figures
- High customer, service and team orientation
- Independent, precise and organized way of working
