Your tasks

• Processing of all business transactions of the Sparen 3 pension foundation and the two vested benefits foundations of ZKB - both from the bank's sales channel and digitally from the Swiss bank.
• Independent processing of special technical cases
• Communication, correspondence and coordination with customers as well as internal and external departments
• Identifying optimization potential for processes/services and helping to implement solutions

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Specialist certificate or further training in the field of pensions or social insurance
• Relevant professional experience in (occupational) pension provision and/or pillar 3a
• You enjoy direct customer contact and are a team player
• Excellent oral and written German language skills
• Good oral command of English and French (further language skills an advantage)
