Specialist:in instruction management & system integration

Tasks

• Team player at the round table and close cooperation with the specialist unit for directives
• Maintenance and updating of the newly introduced role model during ongoing operations (Run)
• Taking over first-line tasks for technical questions from departments responsible for instructions
• Transfer of the specifications and instructions system to a new technical platform

Requirements

• Experience in the creation of requirements for IT systems and confident handling of technical specifications
• KV degree preferably with sound know-how in the financial industry
• User training and support with migrations
• Experience in working on projects and quick familiarization with new tasks
• Practical experience in the implementation and optimization of administrative processes
• Reliable, independent and service-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
