Securities & Foreign Exchange Specialist

Migros Bank is seeking a Securities and Foreign Exchange Specialist (80–100%) for a permanent position who will take on responsibility for key tasks in the securities division and drive processes forward with passion and innovative ideas. Tasks

You will process discount confirmations from the share registers and ensure accurate documentation. Your responsibilities will also include managing registered share holdings with ISIN codes and ensuring their accuracy. You will provide competent and solution-oriented information to internal and external parties. You will resolve unprocessed clearing messages and find efficient solutions to outstanding issues.

Requirements

  • At least 4–6 years of experience in securities operations
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ) Bank
  • German (fluent), French (proficient), Italian (preferred), English (proficient)
  • Networked Thinking
  • Enjoyment of administrative tasks and the ability to work efficiently even under heavy workloads
  • A strong commitment to service and quality
  • Knowledge of Finnoa and Swift
