Securities & Foreign Exchange Specialist

Overview

With us, you’ll take on key responsibilities in the securities and foreign exchange division and play an active role in ensuring our processes run smoothly. We’re looking for someone like you: a person who keeps a clear overview, takes ownership, and drives our tasks and processes forward with passion and fresh ideas.

Tasks

You are editing:

• Verify entries in the share registers and ensure accurate documentation.
• Reconciling name records with internal and external departments.
• You ensure that everything is handled correctly and on time.
• You provide competent and solution-oriented information to internal and external customers.
• You will oversee the securities and subscription rights and help ensure our customers' satisfaction.
• You resolve unprocessed clearing messages and find efficient solutions to outstanding issues.

Requirements

You bring the following:

• At least 4–6 years of experience in securities operations
• Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• German (fluent), French (proficient), Italian (preferred), English (proficient)
• Networked Thinking
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and the ability to work efficiently even under heavy workloads
• A strong commitment to service and quality
• Knowledge of Finnoa and Swift
