Securities & Foreign Exchange Specialist
Migros Bank is seeking a Securities and Foreign Exchange Specialist to take on key responsibilities in the securities division and drive processes forward with passion and innovative ideas. The position is a permanent role with an 80–100% workload and the option to work from home.

You are editing:- Verify entries in the share registers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Reconciling name records with internal and external departments.
- You ensure that everything is handled correctly and on time.
- You provide competent and solution-oriented information to internal and external customers.
- You will oversee the securities and subscription rights and help ensure our customers' satisfaction.
- You resolve unprocessed clearing messages and find efficient solutions to outstanding issues.
Requirements
You bring the following:- At least 4–6 years of experience in securities operations
- Completed vocational training (EFZ)
- German (fluent), French (proficient), Italian (preferred), English (proficient)
- Networked Thinking
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and the ability to work efficiently even under heavy workloads
- A strong commitment to service and quality
- Knowledge of Finnoa and Swift
