Securities & Foreign Exchange Specialist

Overview

With us, you’ll take on key responsibilities in the securities and foreign exchange division and play an active role in ensuring our processes run smoothly. We’re looking for someone like you: a person who keeps a clear overview, takes ownership, and drives our tasks and processes forward with passion and fresh ideas.

Tasks

• You will process discount confirmations from the share registers and ensure accurate documentation
• Your responsibilities will also include processing high-value inventories using RED-Data and ensuring that they are accurate
• You provide competent and solution-oriented information to internal and external parties
• You resolve unprocessed clearing messages and find efficient solutions to outstanding issues

Requirements

• At least 4–6 years of experience in securities operations
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) Bank
• German (fluent), French (proficient), Italian (preferred), English (proficient)
• Networked Thinking
• You enjoy administrative work and can work efficiently and independently even under heavy workloads
• You have a strong commitment to service and quality
• You have experience with Finnoa and Swift
