Tasks

• 2-3 years experience in Platform Hardening / Secure Configuration / Policy Compliance is required
• 2-3 years experience in Qualys - Policy Compliance Module
• Identification and evaluation of guidelines / test results
• Ensure tickets assigned by the CC team are reassigned to the correct platform team and resolved in a timely manner
• Actively participate in meetings to understand business plans for remediations or obstacles
• Answering e-mail notifications and chat/calls to solve questions/problems
• Partnership and successful relationship building with key stakeholders at NT
• Ability to navigate Scantools (Qualys), PowerBI & ServiceNow

Requirements

Minimum requirements

• Working knowledge of Information Security Scanning Technologies & Secure Configuration Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with report visualization (Excel, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with prioritizing tasks, stakeholders, budget and time
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and prioritize

Preferred requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Any InfoSec certifications or related (desirable, not required)
