Sr Analyst, Cyber Sec ThreatMgmt
The Senior Analyst Cyber Security Threat Management is responsible for identifying and assessing security vulnerabilities and overseeing their remediation. The candidate should have experience in platform hardening, secure configuration and policy compliance as well as Qualys and other security tools.
Job description
Tasks
- Identification and evaluation of guidelines and test results
- Transfer of tickets from CC team to corresponding platform team and ensuring a prompt solution
- Active participation in meetings to understand business plans for remediations or obstacles
- Answering e-mail notifications and chat/calls to solve questions/problems
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at NT
- Operation of scan tools (Qualys), PowerBI & ServiceNow
Requirements
Minimum requirements
- 2-3 years experience in platform hardening / secure configuration / policy compliance
- 2-3 years experience with Qualys - Policy Compliance module
- Working knowledge of information security scanning technologies and secure configuration management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with report visualization (Excel, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with prioritizing tasks, stakeholders, budget and time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and prioritize
Preferred requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Infosec certifications or related (desirable, not required)
