Job description

Tasks

• Installation, configuration and maintenance:
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of software, both in-house and from external providers, servers
• Troubleshooting and support:
  • Troubleshoot application issues, resolve user problems and provide technical support to end users
• Performance monitoring:
  • Monitoring the performance of applications and systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or problems
• Security and access management:
  • Managing user access to applications, ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations
• Documentation and training:
  • Document system configurations and procedures, may also provide training to users on new applications or features

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, databases, networks
• Previous experience as an application and system administrator in the financial industry, preferably in fund administration
