Tasks

• Design, development, testing and operation of complex systems and queries on two large platforms
• Development and maintenance of Unix shell scripts for the automation of routine processes
• Managing the planning of jobs with Control-M or similar tools
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for database integration and data migration projects
• Performance optimization and query optimization to ensure highly efficient database systems
• Troubleshooting and solving database-related problems
• Implementation and maintenance of database security policies and procedures
• Documentation of processes and maintenance of a knowledge base for developed systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
• Familiarity with writing complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience in Unix shell scripting
• Familiarity with job planning tools such as Control-M (or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization
• Understanding of database security and optimization techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in cloud technologies
• Knowledge of agile development methods
