Tasks

• Implementation of information security risk management processes for new and existing Northern Trust business partners.
• Überprüfung von Master-Service-Verträgen von Dritten auf informationssicherheitsrelevante Klauseln.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Beschaffungsteams zur Formulierung/Erneuerung von Verträgen gemäß den Richtlinien des Informationssicherheitsteams.
• Documentation and reporting to management of all results from risk management processes.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Funktionsgruppen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle identifizierten Risiken innerhalb jedes Dritten einem Geschäftsinhaber zugewiesen und für eine zeitnahe Schließung verfolgt werden.

• Proof of knowledge in the following areas:
  • Information security governance and risk management
  • Access control
  • Network security
  • Application security
  • Cryptography
  • Security architecture and design
  • Operational safety
  • Business continuity and contingency planning
  • Law, regulations, investigations and compliance
  • Physical (environmental) safety
• Ability to interact professionally and develop relationships with individuals and teams at all levels within Northern Trust.
• Ability to work in a positive and collaborative environment.
• Ability to work both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
