Sr Associate, IT Risk and Controls

The Sr. Associate, IT Risk and Controls is responsible for managing technology related control issues and ensuring proper resolution, escalation and reporting. The associate will be part of a team focused on driving control awareness and managing risk within the global IT organization.

Main tasks:

  • Development, implementation and execution of risk assessments for end-of-life technology assets (hardware, software)
  • Tracking and control of correction plans for EOL assets
  • Collaborate with technology functions to ensure consistent practices to address EOL risks
  • Perform risk assessments, audits and documentation of self-identified issues for cash and cop technology products
  • Coordinating the remediation of technology risks and cyber security findings from various sources
  • Influencing behaviors to resolve conflicts, clarify goals and outcomes, and promote a strong technology risk management culture with the information security organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical or audit related experience in core technology and cyber risk areas
  • Strong understanding of EOL lifecycle management, including associated operational, safety and regulatory risks
  • Familiarity with IT framework conditions and standards
  • Excellent analytical, consulting and communication skills
  • Applicable industry-specific certification(s) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and networking protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
