Tasks

• Entwickelt Software-Lösungsdesigns durch Studium von Informationsbedürfnissen, Konferenzen mit Benutzern, Studium von Systemflüssen, Datenverwendung und Arbeitsprozessen; Untersuchung von Problembereichen, Befolgung des Software-Entwicklungslebenszyklus.
• Ensures the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Versteht die Entscheidungsprozesse bei der Technologieauswahl, wie Kapazitäten, Reaktionszeit, Dateninterfaces, Client-Server-Kommunikation, Industriestandards und neue Branchentrends usw.
• Arbeitet innerhalb eines agilen Scrum-Teams. Nimmt Geschichten und Aufgaben durch Sprints, nimmt aktiv an der Produkt-Backlog-Verfeinerung, täglichen Stand-up-Meetings und wöchentlichen Sprint-Grenzmeetings teil.
• Consults with partners from other functional areas of the organization regarding new techniques, practices or technologies in the data/digital ecosystem and the impact of proposed and ongoing projects.
• Identifies bottlenecks and errors and develops solutions for these problems.

Requirements

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Webanwendungen, vorzugsweise im Finanzdienstleistungssektor.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams oder von Entwicklern, Schnittstelle zu Geschäftspartnern, Besitz und Lieferung.
• Strong web UI development experience with REACT.
• Experience with large and complex systems for internal and external customers.
• Experience with cloud and microservices concepts/technologies - Azure.
• Strong database skills.
• Experience with frameworks and technologies such as UML, Spring, Java, XML, XSL transformations, JAXB.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging technologies such as MQ and JMS.
• Experience with continuous integration tools.
• .NET-Erfahrung: nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit .NET-Framework, .NET Core oder C# und SQL Server.
• Starke Programmierkenntnisse in C#, C++.
• Go-zu haben Cloud-Verständnis.
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit an Marketing-Webanwendungen bevorzugt.
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit an Content-Management-Anwendungen (Adobe Content Manager) bevorzugt.
• Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, sich an neue Umgebungen anzupassen und neue Technologien zu lernen.

Weitergehende Anforderungen

• Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten mit automatisierten Tests stark bevorzugt.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung/Tests innerhalb einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung.
• Familiarity with design patterns and development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server management.
• Jegliche Cloud-Erfahrung.
• Ability/experience in the implementation of test automation.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and integration and applications.
