Senior Lead, Arch Solutions (Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management (COLM) platform)
Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Architect for the COLM platform in Ridham, Gujarat, to define the platform architecture on Azure and drive digital modernization. The role requires expertise in developing complex system environments, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tasks
- Customer-Centric Mindset
- Implementation of the digital platform architecture and several team roadmaps for COLM
- Management and coordination of the platform innovation scope of solution and improvement of the final platform
- Assessment of trends and their impact on emerging software, data, tools, and frameworks
- Ensuring that the platform meets market, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Management of the Delivery of Applications, Services, and Data Protection
- Ensuring compliance with (FLS, ALU, GDPR)
- Player Mindset and Engagement for the Scalability of Architectural Systems and Solutions
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Management and Definition of the Platform Architecture on Azure
- A collaborative, partner-oriented mindset and a team player
- Conducting technical training sessions, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Creation and updating of platform application and technical documentation
- Support for managing the platform roadmap and the application development lifecycle
- Advancing in-depth architectural design, understanding, and oversight
- Ensuring platform stability, observability, and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- Experience in development and/or as an architect
- Experience in deploying complex, secure system environments
- Experience as an IT engineer, analyst, and as a member of the workforce
- Experience in application development (React Native, Service Web, and Native)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with client onboarding and lifecycle management platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with Hidden Access Management Frameworks (preferred)
- Strong business acumen and influence (preferred)
