Senior Lead, Cyber Security Engineer
The position of Sr. Lead, Cyber Sec Eng at Northern Trust in Pune, India, involves responsibility for the design, implementation, and integration of security solutions in a large system. The successful candidate should have experience in cybersecurity, cloud deployments, and Terraform, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Tasks
As Sr. Lead, Cyber Sec Eng in the PAM team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of features and components in a large-scale system. You should drive improvements in code quality, performance, and team processes while working with technologies and tools. You should be able to make design decisions and understand the impact of your implementations.Responsibilities
You will develop and manage solutions that meet system requirements in terms of scalability, fault tolerance, usability, and data integrity. You will deliver solutions that meet end-user expectations in terms of performance, usability, and security for the PAM engineering and architecture function.Main tasks
- Design and development of Terraform scripts
- Creation, design, and testing of automation components
- Advising business partners on requirements and synthesizing them into technical requirements and designs
- Collaboration with architects, designers, and enterprise framework groups on the technical side
- Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are taken into account in the architecture of solutions
- Ensuring that the code complies with standards and is adequately tested
Requirements
- Knowledge of cloud deployments and Terraform
- Knowledge of the full-stack software development lifecycle
- Experience with distributed computing platforms for highly scaled systems
- Experience with Azure services and ecosystem
- Experience with microservices-based environments
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools
Experience
5+ years of experience in the relevant field. A college or university degree and/or relevant, proven professional experience is required.We offer
