Senior Lead Cyber Security Engineer

Tasks

• Final Identity Verification. Development and Implementation of Solutions for Identity Authentication and Access Management
• Responsibility for developing identity solutions, access policies, monitoring security processes, Zero Trust provisioning, delegation of host privileges, and data protection processes
• Audit and System (Guidelines) and Technology for Customer Authentication and Monitoring Solution Modules
• Developing cybersecurity solutions that support the CISO's mission and vision in line with the adoption principles
• Collaborate with product and service teams to implement, design, and test new environments and applications, and to develop solutions. Ensure compliance with ISM guidelines. Ensure that the design complies with existing risk management guidelines
• Conducting root cause analyses to identify and resolve technical and safety-related issues
• Research on the latest innovations in solution management on the AWS and Azure clouds. Development of new techniques, methods, tools, or processes to make services and customer bases more effective
• Collaborate with security providers, MDM administrators, SCADA security administrators, and the CISO team to resolve or investigate security issues
• Conducting vulnerability scans, risk management, or remediation activities
• Assessment, Analysis, Interpretation, and Approval of IT Infrastructure and Process Security
• Preparation and presentation of reports, white papers, security policies, and procedures
• Work or consultation to resolve security issues for operations, sales, and engineering
• Employee Mentoring
• Interact with customers, business units, and colleagues to resolve security issues and assist in developing policies
• Design, implementation, and execution of access protocols, DLP, ISS, and SCADA security mechanisms
• Monitoring Trends and Strategies Across the Entire Company
• Liaising with customers, employees, and suppliers to resolve security issues and identify risks
• Managing and conducting audits, inspections, and assessments of suppliers' security solutions; ensuring that security complies with the security requirements and standards of the customer and the company
• Collaborate with ISM executives and clients to understand, refine, analyze, and recommend new directions for the CIO and our team
• Lead the efforts of a senior security engineering team to:
  • Coordination of ISM field audits, penetration tests, reviews of enterprise services, technical controls, and security solutions; ISM program management for our organization
  • Security management for the Northern Trust Private Client Business Unit, including: network and communications, endpoint security, authentication, and environment provisioning
    • Active Directory, network access, external Internet, DM software, virtualization, and other operating systems
  • Configuration of Field Security Products: MFA, Endpoint, UCM, Mac, Mobile Computing, and Workstation Security
  • Configuration Management, User Services
    • Microsoft Office 365, VM, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Salesforce customizations, TLS/SSL, IAR implementation, Web, SharePoint, cloud, and private Dropbox integrations
  • Coordination with our VIP Management Team, Security, SIEM, DLP, TAC, Database, MACS, SharePoint, WAF, Application Services, MSSP, and other third-party providers (T3P)
