- Manage relationships with all stakeholders, focusing on setting expectations and maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction through effective project management and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Evangelizing the data strategy through design, documentation, review, and negotiations between teams to support strategic business and technology goals.
- Demonstrating leadership in the pursuit of modern architectural principles and technology.
- Leading technology proof-of-concepts to ensure the feasibility of architectural solutions.
- Providing architectural guidelines for engineers to support a technical pattern.
- Drive continuous technological transformation to minimize technical debt and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the architecture.
Requirements
- Investment management or asset management experience is recommended.
- Expert knowledge of relational database concepts, dimensional database concepts, database architecture and design, ontology and taxonomy design.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or finance, or equivalent experience.
- Intellectual curiosity, a penchant for independent and self-directed work, and attention to detail.
- Professional experience in managing change, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
