Sr. Lead Data Protection and IAM - Wealth and Asset ManagementTasks
- Identify and enable IAM solutions that meet business and information security expectations in terms of performance, usability and accessibility through assessment, analysis, problem definition, requirements generation and proposed solutions.
- Represent Information Security to business unit stakeholders as a trusted advisor to find pragmatic and cost effective security solutions that efficiently support client needs. Collaborate with Technology, Info Sec, Risk, Investment Architecture and BISO organization as needed. Familiarity with BIU leadership, operations and priorities.
- Represent the IAM organization: identity lifecycle capabilities, Privileged Access Management (PAM), authentication, etc. to the business units as well as technology, risk and audit teams. Balance strategic operational execution and development with execution of tactical InfoSec and business unit activities.
Requirements
- Provide guidance, best practice and support to all business units to identify, assess, control and mitigate IAM risks. Promote awareness and understanding within BIU of the technology risk framework and the challenges in complying with it. Enforce IAM standards and controls at NT, regardless of whether applications and platforms are managed centrally or decentrally.
- Assist in the development of solutions and controls that meet system expectations for scalability, performance, fault tolerance, usability and data integrity. Maintain expertise in assigned security work areas. May be responsible for performing IBJ security assurance. May also articulate and enforce frameworks.
Qualifications
- Preferred 7-10 years of experience in security, risk and/or technology across a broad range of architectures. Broad understanding of identity and access management and knowledge of identity governance and administration. As an IAM expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership at a high technical level.
- Strong ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships and utilize these relationships in pursuit of daily goals and objectives.
- Excellent consultative skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to clearly articulate and document security risks and requirements so that they are accurate, appropriate and understandable.
- Ability to work independently and maintain in-depth knowledge of business area/function; acceptable technical and organizational mission; by performing related duties as required.
- Ability to influence decision making to identify and mitigate issues and risks across a broad range of stakeholders, including senior BIU leaders. Maintain a positive and professional attitude; ability to work collaboratively with others; build and maintain effective relationships with others. Pragmatic and effective, balances risk and control requirements with commercial drivers.
- Knowledge of information security, network management, operating systems, software development, database systems and information technology concepts. Preferred technical qualifications such as CRISC, CDIS, CISSP, CISM, CIGSP. Familiarity with IAM solutions not required, but strongly recommended.
- A college or university degree and/or relevant, proven professional experience required.
